So after learning that the only practical way to get the black witch veil was to light all of the sconces in the gutter i found a map and got to work on lighting every single one i could find.

In vanilla i ran around lighting everything but it had no effect so i didn t bother lighting everything in this version with the above noted exception. If you have lit all the sconce in the gutter an npc invasion will occur here. The invader is gutter denizen a mage he drops the black witch veil set. Look for a solar gutter light with a battery of higher power capacity which charges efficiently and can last up for long working hours at night. Solar gutter lights can ideally be installed in any space you need some lighting.
